We strive to ensure that all product details (price, images, descriptions) are accurate. However, minor errors may occur, and Numit.tech reserves the right to correct them without prior notice. Product images are for representation only; actual product may vary slightly.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, or suspected fraud. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an official confirmation email/SMS.
Prices displayed include/exclude applicable taxes (as per product page). Final price at checkout includes product price, delivery charges, and taxes (if applicable). We accept multiple payment modes: Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, EMI, and COD (where available). All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; Numit.tech is not responsible for gateway failures. GST invoices will be provided for eligible orders.
Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout but may vary due to logistics or external factors. Delays caused by courier partners, strikes, natural events, or unforeseen issues are beyond our control. Title and risk of the product pass to the customer upon delivery.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel orders before dispatch. Numit.tech may also cancel orders due to stock, pricing, or fraud issues.
Returns & Replacements: Return policies are product-specific (7-day / 10-day / non-returnable). Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with tags.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method. Shipping/handling fees may not be refundable in certain cases.
Users agree not to: (i) Post or upload unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content. (ii) Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website. (iii) Conduct fraudulent activities such as fake orders, misuse of discounts, or chargebacks. (iv) Violate any laws, intellectual property rights, or third-party agreements. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension and legal action.
All content on Numit.tech (logos, text, images, product listings, graphics, software) is owned or licensed by us. Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any material without written permission.
Numit.tech is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by the use of our platform. Our maximum liability for any claim will be limited to the amount paid by you for the product. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events (natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, etc.).
You agree to indemnify and hold Numit.tech, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (i) Your misuse of the platform, (ii) Violation of these Terms, or (iii) Infringement of third-party rights.
Your personal data will be collected, stored, and processed as per our Privacy Policy. By using Numit.tech, you consent to the collection and use of your data for order fulfillment, communication, and service improvement.
We may engage third-party service providers (payment gateways, logistics partners). Numit.tech is not responsible for delays, losses, or failures caused by third parties.
Numit.tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State]. Disputes may be resolved first through negotiation/arbitration before litigation.
